While the team is still being onboarded, pause the automatic “didn't happen” nags (shift not started, checkout / turnover / room-ready not done, balance not collected). Anything a volunteer does log still notifies normally — this only silences alerts about things that weren't logged, which may just mean that person isn't on the system yet. Turn it off once everyone's onboarded.
